Eliza’s experience
Eliza is a Clinical Psychologist with experience across public and private settings, including forensic mental health at Morisset Hospital and acute inpatient units. She has a strong interest in trauma recovery, including childhood sexual abuse and works with adults who want to understand how their past experiences influence their present life, relationships and patterns of thinking and feeling. Eliza creates a space where people can speak openly and honestly, helping them explore and work through difficult emotions to reach their personal goals.

Eliza’s approach to therapy
Eliza provides psychodynamic therapy, prioritising openness and the opportunity for clients to express whatever they need without restriction. She helps people notice recurring patterns, understand the roots of their emotions, and develop insight into how past experiences shape current relationships and choices. Her approach supports clients in understanding themselves more deeply, managing emotions effectively, and building fulfilling relationships.

A little more about Eliza
As well as being a psychology nerd, Eliza is a “regular nerd” who enjoys games, crafting and basically any hobby or activity that doesn’t involve being in the sun for more than 20 minutes. Her curiosity and creativity extend far beyond the therapy room, and she brings the same exploratory spirit to life as she does to her work with clients.
